Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid USPS shipping label directly from the portal.

• 3.
  Pack Your Goat Milk Goodies

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, attach the return label, and drop the package off at any authorized mail location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our farm receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
